Livio Ceschin

Italian etcher



 

Born in Pieve di Soligo (Treviso) in 1962, Livio Ceschin studied at the Venice Fine Art Institute.
In 1991, he attended a seminar at the Raffaello Academy in Urbino, specializing in etching and dry point techniques.

Since 1993, he has held numerous solo exhibition, both in galleries and various Italian cultural institutes, in Italy and abroad. He has also participated in various Biennial and Triennial exhibitions of graphics (Ljubljana, Krakow, Chamalières (France) and Paris).

The Galleria del Leone represents Livio Ceschin since 1997 and has organised a one man show of his etchings in 2002 and published at this occasion a catalogue. The Gallery has exhibited his work widely in prestigious art fairs (London, Paris, New York, Chicago, Geneva...).
